Individual therapy session

Individual Psychotherapy

Work one-on-one with a therapist in a safe, non-judgmental space. Process experiences related to trauma, incarceration, and reentry, understand what may get in the way of your long-term goals, and move toward a life that feels meaningful to you.

Make sense of past experiences and how they still affect you
Recognize and build on your strengths
Develop real tools to manage stress, frustration, and difficult emotions
Talk openly in a space free from judgment
Improve your relationships and communication
Build stability and a clearer sense of direction

Sessions are typically 45 minutes. Clients can choose the length of time they work with their therapist.

Group Therapy

Join a group of individuals navigating similar experiences. Group therapy provides a safe space to share your story, feel less alone, learn from others, and build meaningful connections that support your progress.

Build trust and connection in a safe, supportive setting
Practice communication and relationship skills
Gain encouragement and accountability from your peers

Sessions are typically 60 minutes. Groups are typically closed (i.e., all members begin at the same time) and run for 12 sessions.

Practical reentry support

Practical Reentry Support

We recognize that mental health and daily life stability are deeply connected, and we aim to support both.

Work with our reentry support liaison who helps connect you with trusted community resources. This includes support with employment, education, housing, and other areas that are critical to reentry.
